Requirements

• A first-class degree or equivalent in a relevant field

• Young and versatile between the ages of 18 to 30, capable of adapting to a spontaneous and dynamic work environment.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Out-of-the-box creative thinking abilities.

• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• Basic understanding of design or content marketing principles and software.

• Intentional about personal and professional growth.

• 1+ years of work experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

1. Support the [design or content marketing] team to develop creative concepts, designs, and content for various marketing initiatives.

2. Assist in the creation of visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and multimedia content that align with brand guidelines and project objectives.

3. Support the development and execution of content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

4. Contribute ideas and insights to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings, helping to identify new opportunities for innovation and differentiation.

5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the [design/content marketing] field.

6. Complete ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the [design or content marketing] team, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to learn.
